Dentist Killed Cecil The Lion
Cecil The Lion was no less than a celebrity at Zimbabwe’s Hwange National Park.

A dentist named Walter Palmer paid $55,000 dollars for “the pleasure” of killing this 13 years old lion. Palmer, a trophied archer, paid $55,000 to a guard to lure Cecil out of the Park at nigh so that he could kill him. He managed to strike the beast with his bow, but was able to kill him only after 40 hours.

Once dead, the lion was beheaded and skinned. His carcass remained at the spot since it was of no use to this brutal dentist.
The Hwange national Park authorities identified the killer as Walter Palmer, a dentist.
The internet went absolutely crazy when they got to know the story and are absolutely furious at this guy’s action. They took to his clinic and forced him to close down; the clinic has turned into a memorial for the lion by the localities.
A legal procedure is underway as the Hwange National Park authorities claimed this act to be illegal. A Dentist Killed Cecil The Lion has been trending since then.

The death of Cecil The Lion is not only a loss for the park, it also puts the life of 24 of his cubs at risk since the other lions may try to kill them to become the alpha male of the tribe.
