SOPHIE WONG AND HER CUTE TAEKWONDO STUDENT CREED
Three year old Sophie Wong is the cutest little wonder you will see on the internet these days. Leeds Taekwondo & Premier Martial Arts Centre captured a video of this pocket sized little bunny reciting an entire student creed with such devotion and enthusiasm that it can put elders to shame. The video clip has already been viewed over 5 million times and still counting. More than anything else, it’s the attitude with which she is reciting the entire creed which makes it so special. To top that, is the absolute cuteness she exhilarates with every word. It’s quite obvious that a three year old cannot pronounce everything under the sun and yet she doesn’t miss out on a single word and tries to pronounce it in her cute little way. Something tells me she’s going to become that woman (in the coming days) you do not want to mess with. What’s astounding is the amount of dedication a child of her age is able to deliver! Martial arts like Taekwondo require extreme concentration and coming that from such a little girl have pleasantly surprised the authorities as well. We wonder how is she going to feel about this video when she grows up and has a look!
Lately there have been a lot of videos that project cute children performing various forms of martial arts. Whether it’s a little child trying to break a board or this girl; it has been winning the internet for a while now. One can come up with several videos, but put once with a child and that trends faster than an egg cooks in an oven!
What is beautiful about such videos is the kind of discipline these kids are poured into at such a young age. that, in itself, is a great achievement for every parent and masters. Several people say it’s very difficult to discipline a child, but this video projects just the opposite. From the looks of Sophie, it feels as if it’s a cake walk. Probably this is why it makes a lot of sense to enrol kids in such forms of martial arts. they not only learn defence; they also learn the importance of a disciplined life.
