GOT Season 5 Deleted Scene
This is probably one of the biggest shocks that the internet is dealing with right now after Jon Snow’s death from Game of Thrones. This GOT season 5 deleted scene is the reason as to why Snow must have been attacked by his own “brothers”.
Most of us remember how bitterly season 5 ended. Jon Snow’s stabbing and possible death not only came as a big bummer, but also a lot of online outrage at the injustice of it all. Theories of Snow’s possible resurrection and Melisandre’s presence at the Castle were seen as signs of a positive outcome from the brutality of it all. But one question’s answer was always left hanging in the air. Why? Why did they attack Jon Snow? Why did they corner him and stab him that brutally multiple times?
This GOT season 5 deleted scene could be the possible answer to that. EW unveiled a deleted scene from the finale that will be included on the Game of Thrones Season 5 DVD and Blu-ray set, which will be available on March 15th. The moment in question sees an interaction between Ser Alliser Thorne (Owen Teale) and Castle Black’s captured Wildling, Tormund Giantsbane (Kristofer Hivju). While Thorne always looked for reasons to put down and have a go at Snow through all seasons; this deleted scene goes out to show the kind of revenge he was seeking for after losing a prime post to him. GOT season 5 deleted scene is the answer to our “why?”
The video went viral within minutes of its upload. While Thorne tried to insult Giantsbane, he understood what hurt Thorne the most. “You must no longer be in charge, then” is his reply (almost a mimick) to Thorne.
Only if we had seen this earlier, we would have known what awaits Jon Snow!
Must watch!
