Sliced Chocolates
So while all of us waited for the next innovative take on chocolate, it was Japan that made our most basic dream come through. Please put your hands together for sliced chocolates. Remember the time when it was annoying and (boring something) to wait forever for the chocolate bar to melt in your sandwich while you grilled it? Or that time when you had to drizzle chocolate sauce and put some shavings over the pancakes because that was the only way to have it? Sliced chocolates are now the ultimate solution to this problem and several others.
Bourbon, a Japan based company has now started selling these sliced chocolates. Each pack contains five chocolate slices that look, feel and have been packed exactly like cheese slices. Bourbon’s online shop also takes bulk orders for these sliced chocolates and it isn’t even expensive! Unfortunately for now, this is only available in Japan. We have no idea when or how it will reach India. But at least it is a start! Look at how these beauties are changing the way we see food every day.

Japan has really picked the pulse of the culinary world with these sliced chocolates. There couldn’t have been another better that we would have asked for. Now all we need to do is keep calm and wait for these beauties to hit the Indian markets. They changed the way we see and use chocolates in our dishes forever!
