Latest Video: Salman Khan Acquitted By Court In The 2002 Hit-and-Run Case: Fans Rejoice
In what seems like a shocking and sudden turn of events, Salman Khan (who was charged guilty a few months back) has now been acquitted in the 2002 hit-and-run case. Many social media platforms and news channels upheld the court’s decision of punishing the superstar. Today Salman Khan acquitted is trending everywhere. While certain media houses have changed sides, many are criticizing the court for its sudden change in judgement. Corruption obviously seems to be the obvious reasons for many to lose their temper over this judgement. The court passed the judgement in favour of Salman arguing that the opposition wasn’t able to prove that Salman was drunk that night.
While Salman Khan acquitted is trending his student Sooraj Pancholi seems to be in serious trouble in the Jiah Khan Suicide case. Fans celebrated and screamed outside the court when the judgement was passed in Salman Khan’s favour. Fans also thronged in huge numbers outside Galaxy Apartments where the superstar stays. An estimated 200 crores where on the actor’s back. The superstar is now busy shooting for Sultan and is also the host to popular show Bigg Boss. Moreover as Bigg Boss isn’t getting the kind of TRPs it used to, Salman now appears three times a week on the show instead of the usual weekends.
Given the amount of money that was at stake here, Salman Khan acquitted by the Bombay High Court didn’t only cheer the fans, but also the producers. After the success of Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, this judgement comes as a huge sigh of relief for the star and his family. Given that this is also his birthday month, Salman definitely has more reason to celebrate.
Bollywood has been celebrating the moment “Salman Khan acquitted” hit the headlines. #SalmanKhan is also the top trend on Twitter currently. The amount of power and influence this man has on Indians is incredible. Good luck Salman, hopefully you won’t find yourself in trouble anymore.
