NIEM Ahmedabad Celebrated Independence Day With A Blood Donation Camp
What a beautiful way to celebrate Independence Day! Our freedom fighters sacrificed their blood for the freedom of our country and NIEM Ahmedabad students decided to donate their blood on this Independence Day to contribute their bit in saving and making lives better. The event was organized by the institute at Panchavati Cross Roads, CG Road, Ahmedabad. The event was attended by “Bhai Bhai” fame singer Arvind Vegda, the chief of GTPL Ahmedabad, Mr. Devang Bhatt.
The students prepared a skit and a moving dance performance. Their fantastic work caught the attention of every person on the road and several joined in their thoughtful blood donation camp. Woman empowerment was one of the primary motto of their act and it reflected in their attitudes. We are hoping that the students of NIEM Ahmedabad organise many such shows in the future and contribute to the society’s betterment in their own way. After last year’s marvellous success, it is no surprise that the students managed to recreate the magic. It is genuinely heartening to know that the institute believes in freeing people from their challenging health conditions by donating blood for their recovery on Independence Day. It has made us proud to watch all these youngsters work hard.
