All F.R.I.E.N.D.S know what and how vital Smelly Cat is to Phoebe Buffay and to the show. We have seen celebrities trying Smelly Cat before, but Taylor Swift with Lisa Kudrow LIVE; that’s unreal and a dream into a reality for ever Taylor Swift and F.R.I.E.N.D.S fan. Lisa even tweeted Taylor on how much fun she had playing Smelly Cat with her. Sweet, no? It’s just been a day since the video came up and the views are increasing by the second.
This is one ream we didn’t even dream! We couldn’t have ever imagined Lisa Kudrow playing ‘Smelly Cat’ with Taylor Swift in a live concert. I guess my limited imagination is to be blamed for that. It’s so strange that it has been a decade and yet there is nothing about F.R.I.E.N.D.S that seems old or orthodox. There is everythng in the show that we can relate to even now, including Smelly Cat. Th song has been our generation’s definition of cool and weird married together. It made us realize that you don’t have to be a certain way to sound cool. It was the song of our generation and we know of several people who actually sing this song over the guitar. No wonder it drove the internet and everyone else bonkers when the video of these to divas singing the song appeared on social media. We cannot even imagine how it would have been for the live audience. Here’s hoping we get to see the entire cast doing something along these lines on stage for us.
